The plans we produce conform to the standards set by Business Link.   They contain everything you need to develop your business, including such things as:

• A company vision, so you are clear where you want to be in three years time.

• A promotional schedule, so you know what to do and when to do it.
• A full financial section including sales forcasts, cashflow statements and profit and loss accounts.

I have never had my own business before.  Will I understand it?

Yes.  Every plan we do is individual.  It is designed around you and your needs.  We can make your plan as simple or as detailed as you wish.  We don’t just give you the plan and go either.  Once the plan is complete we spend time go through it line by line so you have a thorough understanding of what it contains.  Once you become one of our clients you stay one of our clients.  You can call us at any stage to discuss ideas, ask questions or even just to have a chat.
